Sell more.
Break less.

We build Shopify and Shopify Plus storefronts for brands that have outgrown a template. Custom themes, headless front ends, private apps and the integrations that keep stock, orders and customer data telling the same story.

Where we win

Most Shopify problems
aren’t Shopify problems.

They’re a theme carrying five years of abandoned app code, a checkout bolted onto an ERP that never agreed to it, or a migration that quietly dropped half the URLs. We start by finding what’s actually costing you conversions — then fix that, rather than selling you a redesign you didn’t need.

What we build

Six things
we do here.

01

Custom theme builds

A storefront designed and coded from scratch on Online Store 2.0, with sections your marketing team can use without opening a ticket.

02

Headless storefronts

Hydrogen or a Next.js front end on the Storefront API, for custom rendering, unusual catalogue logic or content from somewhere Shopify doesn’t reach.

03

Apps & extensions

Private apps, checkout UI extensions, Shopify Functions and Flow automations for the rules your business runs on but Shopify doesn’t ship.

04

Migrations

Moves from WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce or a legacy Plus build. Products, customers, orders and history come across — and so do the redirects.

05

Integrations

ERP, PIM, 3PL, subscriptions, loyalty and tax, wired through the Admin API with retries and logging rather than a nightly CSV and hope.

06

Performance & CRO

Core Web Vitals, third-party script triage and a checkout that stops losing people on mobile. Measured on field data, not a lab score.

Questions

The awkward
ones.

Do you only work on Shopify Plus?

No. We work across Shopify and Shopify Plus. Plus earns its price once you need checkout extensibility, B2B, multiple storefronts or a higher API ceiling — and if you don’t, we’ll say so.

Can you fix our existing store instead of rebuilding it?

Usually, and it’s often the cheaper answer. We audit the theme, the installed apps and your Core Web Vitals, then quote the fixes in priority order. A rebuild is a recommendation, never a default.

Will a migration hurt our search rankings?

Not if the redirects are planned before the build rather than after it. We map every old URL, keep the structure where it earns traffic, and crawl the staging store before anything goes live.

Headless or a normal theme?

A theme, unless you have a reason. Headless buys you rendering control and costs you a chunk of Shopify’s built-in tooling. We only recommend it when that trade is worth making.

Do we own the code?

Yes. Theme code, app code and configuration live in your repositories from day one. Nothing is held hostage.

How long does a build take?

A focused theme build is usually six to ten weeks. Headless work, or a migration with real data complexity, runs longer. You get the timeline in the scope, before you commit to anything.
