These terms of use govern your access to and use of webdesignly.com (the “site”), which is operated by Web Designly Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13212666 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the site you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not accept them, you must not use the site.

These terms concern the site alone. Any services we agree to provide are governed by a separate written agreement, and in the event of any conflict between that agreement and these terms, that agreement prevails in respect of those services.

1. Changes to these terms and to the site

We may revise these terms at any time by amending this page. Please review this page from time to time, as the version in force is the version published here. We may update, suspend or withdraw all or any part of the site without notice, and we do not guarantee that the site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted.

2. Permitted use

You may access the site for your own information and in order to contact us. You must not:

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, save that if you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that part.
